Pickup dates and time windows are listed on each weekly menu. For our first menu, ordering window is longer than usual to allow us to resolve any growing pains.
How ordering works
- Browse what we make. Product pages show descriptions, ingredients, allergens, sizes, and prices.
- Choose Place an Order. Add what you would like and review the available pickup choices.
- Choose an available pickup window. Please select a time you can reasonably make.
- Watch for confirmation. Your receipt confirms the order and includes the information you need for pickup.
Pickup location
Because this is a home bakery, the street address is not published on the public website. Confirmed customers receive the pickup location and arrival instructions through their order communication.
At pickup
- Arrive within your selected window and follow the provided arrival instructions.
- Have your order name or confirmation ready.
- Transport cakes on a flat vehicle floor, not a seat, and keep the car cool.
- Contact us using your confirmation details if an unavoidable delay occurs.
Special requests
If you want something that is not listed, begin a conversation from the special-request page. We’ll talk through what may be possible. Never include card information in a text or social message.
