Our gluten-free menu
Five Roosters develops and sells products made without gluten-containing ingredients. We review ingredient information and use gluten-free ingredients for menu items. Suppliers and product formulations can change, so product records are updated as new information becomes available.
Other major allergens
Recipes may intentionally contain milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame. Each product page lists known major allergens and its cross-contact warning. Ingredients listed as “not provided” or an empty allergen list must never be interpreted as a guarantee that an allergen is absent.
Cross-contact
Small kitchens share tools, surfaces, storage, and air. Cleaning and ingredient controls can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. We do not describe products as “allergen free,” and we cannot make a medical guarantee about suitability for an individual person.

Changes and substitutions
We do not make ingredient substitutions that materially change allergen information without communicating with the customer. If an ingredient becomes unavailable, we may pause the product or contact you before proceeding.
