Is everything gluten-free?
Yes. Every item we sell is made from gluten-free ingredients, in a completely gluten-free household. Please also review our allergen statement if you have other food allergies.
Why is Five Roosters gluten-free?
Celiac disease is part of our family. We started baking this way so everyone at our own table could share the same food and genuinely enjoy it.
Where is pickup?
Five Roosters is an at-home bakery without a walk-in storefront. Pickup is in North Branford, CT. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared after your order is confirmed.
Do you accommodate other food allergies?
Sometimes a recipe can be adjusted, but we cannot promise an allergen-free product or kitchen. We handle milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other ingredients. Tell us about allergies before ordering so we can talk through what is possible.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. What can be refunded depends on the timing and whether ingredients have been purchased or baking has begun. See Terms & Cancellations for the full policy.
