It started at home
My husband has celiac disease, and I've made it my mission to ensure he can enjoy the same delicious baked goods as everyone else. In searching for gluten-free options for him, I discovered that there weren't many truly satisfying choices available.
The season has a say
When our hens started laying more eggs than we could use, I knew it was time to share! We want to use as much from home and nearby farms as the seasons allow: eggs from our chickens, herbs snipped from the garden, and fruits & veggies from our backyard and local farm shares. What is growing often inspires what we make next.
Everything is made to order
We are not filling a display case with the same number of items every week. We bake after an order is placed, which lets us work carefully, keep things fresh, and make room for seasonal ideas.
Clear information matters
Every item on our menu is made with gluten-free ingredients. Product pages also name ingredients, major allergens, dietary attributes, and cross-contact information when those details are available, so you can make an informed choice.
Gluten-free does not mean free from every allergen. Our kitchen handles ingredients including milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. If you have an allergy or medical concern, please read our allergen statement and contact us before ordering.
